• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes we do! Please use any major credit card for payment for International orders. We cannot accept PayPal on international orders at this time.

  International First Class International shipping is $5.00 USD for the first item and .50 USD for each additional item via United States Postal Service. Stamping plates are $1.00 USD for each additional stamping plate.

  Tracking for international orders is only available while items are still in the U.S.A. Once it leaves the U.S.A. you can try to track it using your own countries postal service website. First Class International is the most economical shipping option available therefore we are not responsible for locating your package since we are not able to track it or confirm it was delivered. There is no delivery confirmation with this service.

  Canada shipping is $3.10 USD for the first item and .75 USD for each additional item via United States Postal Service with tracking and delivery confirmation (5-10 days). This excludes nail polish as we cannot ship nail polish to Canada.

  Shipping is not available to the following countries:

  • Kuwait
  • Israel
  • China

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Depending on what time your order is placed orders typically ship same day or next business day of receiving your order. Orders are processed Monday morning-Friday afternoon. During periods of high volume it make take a day or two to process your order. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2- 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please allow more time on international orders.

  For international orders if your package does not arrive within 2 weeks time you will have to contact your local post office or customs office with the tracking number provided to locate your package. We are not responsible for locating your package.

• Shipping

  Domestic U.S. shipping is $3.10 for the first item and .25 for each additional item with tracking and delivery confirmation via USPS (2-5 days).

  Canada shipping is $3.10 USD for the first item and .75 USD for each additional item via United States Postal Service with tracking and delivery confirmation (5-10 days).

  First Class International shipping is $5.00 USD for the first item and .50 USD for each additional item via United States Postal Service. Stamping plates are $1.00 USD for each additional plate.

  Cosette Nail Shop is not responsible for taxes, tariffs, customs duties, or any other fees charged by your country.

  Cosette Nail Shop cannot be responsible for confiscated, misdelivered, undeliverable or returned-to-sender packages therefore please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you checkout using PayPal we can only ship to the address you have on file with PayPal no exceptions.

  Shipping and handling rates are subject to change without notice.

  Sometimes we recycle boxes and shipping materials not because we are cheap but because everyone should recycle and be as green as they can.

• Cancellations

  All cancellations must be done within 2 hours of placing your order. Please email us at [email protected] before cancelling.

  If your order has already had a shipping label printed, meaning your order has been processed you will be subjected to a restocking fee of $5.00.

  Once an order has been mailed out we are unable to cancel your order.

• Clear Stamper First Time User Instructions

  • Wash in warm water with dish detergent such as Dawn. Let air dry, do not touch the stamper head; it should be free of fingerprints and oils from your hands
  • Make sure your plate is clean of any old polish. Wipe with acetone before starting stamping
  • Use more polish than normal
  • Use more gentle scraping than normal leaving more polish on the plate
  • Use a lower angle when scraping
  • Scrape in the general direction of the design
  • Use a quick gentle rolling motion with very light (whisper light!) pressure onto the stamping plate
  • If too much pressure is used the stamper will not pick up images from stamping plate
  • It's best to use stamping nail polish if you're a beginner because regular nail polish will dry very quickly on the plate and will not pick up
  • Try using different polishes, different scrapers and plates. For delicate lines or designs an ultra thin scraper is best.

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
